Dr. Eileen Zhang completed her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Waterloo, where she continued her education at the School of Optometry and Vision Science.

During school, Dr. Zhang had the opportunity to work in Manitoba, Ottawa and Waterloo, where she gained experience in ocular disease, pediatrics, contact lenses, and more. After graduation, she relocated to Kingston, where she had the opportunity to serve a vibrant community with both rural and urban populations, allowing her to care for patients of all ages and backgrounds.

She provides comprehensive optometric care with special clinical interests in dry eye treatment and concussion management, combining advanced knowledge with a thoughtful, patient-first approach. Dr. Zhang is a member of the Ontario and Canadian Associations of Optometrists, and the College of Optometrists of Ontario. She is able to help you in English or Mandarin. In her free time, you can find her baking, or crocheting.
